Can technicians work offline?

Yes. Technician updates, photos, and service records queue locally and replay when connectivity returns, so the field workflow does not depend on perfect coverage.

Which agreements must be accepted before use?

The owner account must accept the current Terms, Privacy Policy, Subscription Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Data Policy before a workspace can be used.

Do technicians need a native App Store or Play Store install?

No. The technician experience is delivered as an installable web app at app.marineservicepro.app/tech. Technicians can add it to the home screen from Safari on iPhone/iPad or Chrome on Android.
