Access is limited to the subscribing company, its authorized employees, contractors, and approved customer-portal users. Each user must use their own credentials and may not share accounts.

Security expectations

• Keep passwords and authentication devices secure.
• Use the service only through authorized interfaces and documented workflows.
• Report suspected compromise, data exposure, or unauthorized access promptly.

Prohibited behavior

• Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or misrepresent business records.
• Do not upload malware, credential-harvesting content, ransomware, or other hostile code.
• Do not probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service beyond your authorized use.
• Do not use another company's workspace, data, or customer records without authorization.
• Do not use the service in a way that creates abnormal load, attempts to avoid billing, initiates bad-faith or abusive payment disputes, or harms platform reliability.

Customer and service data

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions behind the business and customer data your company submits to MarineServicePro.

Enforcement

MarineServicePro may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, other customers, payment operations, billing integrity, or affected third parties.
